Omonious Woman

August 8, 2023 – An 18″ x 24″ graphite drawing of a woman standing by a body of water. The objective was to draw body proportions accurately. There was also a challenge to drawing the face, hands, and feet since they are on a smaller scale.

This drawing contains many shadows that blend the woman into her background. Layering and using softer graphite helped distinguish the highlights.
