Don’t Worry Darling

January 17, 2023 – A 22″ x 14″ graphite drawing of Florence Pugh and Harry Styles featured in the movie Don’t Worry Darling. The objective was to create this drawing quickly and blend smooth fades. The faces in this drawing have airbrush complexions which can sometimes be a challenge to draw when every mark (eraser, sketch, scratches) is visible on the paper.

The image itself was a task because it contained two recognizable faces but also was not clear. Some details I added myself which could not be seen through the reference photo. I also tried to work from left to right on the drawing (completing Harry Styles first) so that there would be minimal mess and smudging.
