Harry Styles

August 25, 2020 – A 11″ x 14″ graphite drawing of Harry Styles. The objective was to capture the detail in his sweater and hair as well as make him recognizable to the audience that knows of him.

Drawing each individual hair and diamond on the sweater can be tedious but when the drawing is finished it pays off. The shine in Harry’s eye makes the drawing come to life. Even though each shape on Harry’s sweater may not be perfect the inconsistency makes them look purposeful. The little details when it comes to the eyelashes, eyebrow hairs, or the shine on his teeth make a difference.
